Returns and Refunds Policy
ZERIONE aims to provide customers with a fair and transparent return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order. Returned items must remain unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
Clearance or final-sale items
Customized or personalized products
Hygiene-sensitive items once opened
3. Return Requests
To request a return, customers should contact info@zerirone.com with their order number and reason for return. Return instructions will be provided by our support team.
Unless the item received is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If customers receive damaged or incorrect products, they should notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after purchase. Once processing or shipment has begun, cancellations may no longer be possible.
