ZERIONE aims to ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered within reasonable timeframes.

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• Domestic deliveries (Vietnam): 3–7 business days

• International deliveries: 7–15 business days depending on destination and courier operations

Shipping timelines may vary because of customs inspections, transportation delays, or other external circumstances.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

4. Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking details by email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking information may require up to 48 hours to update in the courier system.

5. Customs and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes required by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided during checkout is accurate and complete. ZERIONE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses.
